Our promise
We want you to feel safe buying from us. Here is exactly how refunds work at The Soul Design Project.
Physical tools (candles, jewelry, incense, crystals, and other shipped items)
- 14-day returns, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Email us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.
- Return shipping is on you. Once we receive the item back, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Done-for-you workings and rituals
- Every working carries a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you feel nothing has shifted within 7 days of your working being completed, tell us — we will make it right: we will re-cast the working once for free, or credit you toward another working.
- A ritual is performed for you specifically and cannot be returned, so completed workings are not refunded in cash — but the guarantee above means you never walk away empty-handed.
Readings
- Readings are final sale once delivered. If your reading never arrived, or was cut short by a technical problem on our end, we will re-deliver it or refund you — your choice.
Programs and pacts
- Programs follow the terms shown on their product page. If you are unsure before buying, book a free call first and we will tell you honestly whether it is the right fit.
How to request a refund or return

Late or missing refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared within 10 business days, check with your bank first (processing times vary), then contact us and we will trace it for you.
